Mr. Al-Saad has held many managerial positions including Mina Abdulla Refinery General Manager, Deputy Managing Director of Mina Al-Ahmadi Refinery and Gas Plant, and Director of KNPC Commercial Department. Mr. Al-Saad earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1979 from University of Connecticut, USA and he was a board member of a number of Public Authorities and he is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Kuwait Petroleum International.
