Mr. Al-Bayat is currently the Vice President of engineering at Saudi Aramco. Mr. Al-Bayat has held a number of position within Saudi Aramco extending from managing Power Plant to Projects and facility Planning manager along with running the Saudi Aramco Centralengineering Consulting Services department.

Mr. Al-Bayat has also held the position of Vice President of operations at the Saudi Electric company EAST.

In 1999, he became president and CEO of saudi Refining Inc. in houston, Texas. later Mr. Isam Al-Bayat became vice president of Project management on november 1, 2001 and in april 2004 he moved as Vice President to new Business Development.
