Noha El-Ghobashy is a Director, Technical Programming & Development, Knowledge & Community Sector ASME. She is currently responsible for the strategic and business operations of 12 technical divisions representing the design and manufacturing disciplines. Prior to joining ASME, El-Ghobashy was a lead design engineer and project manager in the telecommunications industry for companies such as Symbol Technologies, Fujitsu Network Communications and Jedai Broadband Networks.

El-Ghobashy received her Bachelors and Masters degrees in mechanical engineering from Columbia University in New York and is certified as an Engineering Manager Certification Professional. In addition to her current role at ASME, she is an Adjunct Professor at Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, New York.
